Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your cosplay. If something isn't right with your order, we're happy to help.
Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
You're welcome to carefully try on your cosplay indoors to check the fit and sizing. To be eligible for a return, the item must still be in resalable condition.
Please make sure the cosplay:
Has only been tried on briefly and has not been worn outside the home
Has not been washed, altered, stained, damaged, or visibly worn
Is free from makeup, perfume, odors, or other marks
Includes its original packaging and accessories where applicable
We recommend trying on your cosplay over clean clothing and handling it carefully.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm whether your return has been approved.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
If an item is returned because it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund, replacement, or exchange, depending on your preference and the availability of the item.
For returns due to wrong size, change of mind, or no longer wanting the item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we can offer a refund or discuss another suitable option.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
Undergarments or intimate costume pieces
Items that have been altered, washed, damaged, or visibly worn
Custom-made or personalized items, unless defective or incorrect
Sale or promotional items may have different return conditions, which will be stated at the time of purchase.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
Your order number
The reason for the return
Clear photos or videos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
Please contact us before sending anything back. We'll review your request and provide you with the return instructions.
